Project Manager for Social Media Company Ann Gray Consulting is one of the nation’s leading social media organizations. A minimum of 2-4 years experience in Project Management in a medium to large Marketing Agency. 3. Extensive Social Media Management/Social Media Marketing knowledge base 4. Adobe knowledge 5. Canva knowledge 6. Slack knowledge 7. Excellent attention to detail (Imperative) 8. Performs well in a high-stress environment 9. Superb multitasking capabilities RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work as part of the team responsible for day-to-day project contact with day-to-day internal teams, clients, and other agency partners • Facilitate business objectives and expectations and communicate changes/directions to internal team members • Effectively coordinate the work of agency staff members assigned to client projects • Draw up project timelines and ensure the team is tracking toward the right milestones • Provide operational support across the account, including scheduling meetings, internal check-ins, drafting and posting meeting notes, developing lists of action items, and communicating assignments, deadlines and needs to ensure projects follow the proposed schedules • Provide project-level input that furthers the efficiency and quality of the work and advocate for the agency/client relationship • Understand staffing and scope requirements, with the ability to inform and draft scopes of work • Understand and support the management of client project budgets, working with the Marketing Director and President to help manage costs, deliverables, and staffing resources • Identify potential project risks to inform the development of contingency plans • Ensure ongoing project management using a workflow system (Click Up) to facilitate project timelines, forecasting, hours tracking and resource allocation • Support high levels of team effectiveness (trust, communication, collaboration, productivity, engagement) • Understand and respect every team member’s role in delivering great work and building relationships. We will be hiring someone fairly quickly and are looking for a long-term commitment. The position starts with training and will gradually work into responsibilities as they prove their capabilities.
